Hina’s Treasures does NOT offer refunds or order cancellations.
We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for eligible returned items. You will receive your store credit via email. We DO NOT issue refunds to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are not included in the store credit and will not be refunded.
We do not allow order cancellations once your order has been placed. If you would like to return an item for store credit, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to mailing back the item for approval first. Include your order number and reason for return request.
If you have been approved to return an item for store credit, you have 14 days from the date of your order’s delivery to return your order. Please note that any and all jewelry that has been personalized/customized and/or stamped are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
We do not make price adjustments on any past or future orders.
We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your jewelry and ensuring that you use the sizing guide appropriately before placing your order. We also highly encourage you to spell check your order notes before completing your order. We are NOT responsible for incorrect spelling on personalized jewelry.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
All jewelry is MADE TO ORDER. Because each item is made to order, please allow a processing time of up to 6 weeks. Current order processing time is displayed at the top of the website. Order preparation time may vary based on order volume. Please note that order volume is always higher during holidays and sales and processing time will be longer.
Rush orders can typically be accommodated by request. Please email email@example.com if you would like to request a rush order.
Items will be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Hina's Treasures is not responsible for lost mail. Shipping insurance is available and recommended. If you would like to request a different shipping method, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
