Shipping and Return Policy

 

Shipping method:

Items will be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested by the customer. Hina's Treasures is not responsible for lost mail. Shipping insurance is available.

 

Return/refund policy:

Returns and exchanges are allowed on a case by case basis.

Customers are requested to email sales@hinastreasureshawaii.com with their order number as well as a reason for return within 3 days of receiving their order. 

The return must be approved prior to customer mailing back any item(s).

If your order is approved for return/exchange, the item(s) must be mailed back within 7 days of customer receiving their order.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned items are expected to be in salable condition when received. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sale items and custom or personalized orders CANNOT be returned.
